Embossed PVC Foam Board
These foam boards carrry embossed patterns of different shapes and designs. These patterns are embossed over plain foam boards through the use of molds of different patterns under hot press. These boards are fairly waterproof and are light weight. Some of the applications of these boards in the construction and fabrication industry include, decorative installation and light weight fabrication where water resistence is important. These can also be used in areas where water or high humidity is high such as lockers cabinets near pools, cabinets near laundry area, car wash areas etc.
Workability
Machineable, Easily sawed, Stammped, Punched, Die cut, Sanded, Screwed, Nailed and Riveted. Can also be bonded together with PVC adhesives.
Physical properties
Carry decent impact resistance and very low water absorption along with high corrosion resistance.
Colours & Patterns
Various embossed patterns are available, however, as for colours, these boards only come in Matt white.
